Cancellation Policy
Last updated 26 August 2026. How cancellations work for bookings made through WildRoots.
Each listing sets its own policy
Because every WildRoots host runs their own stay, trek, expedition or skills course, cancellation terms are set per-listing rather than as one platform-wide rule. The cancellation policy for a specific booking is shown on that listing's page before you send a request, and confirmed again when your booking is accepted.
If you need to cancel
Contact the host directly, or reach us at hello@wildrootseu.com and we'll help coordinate. Refunds, if any, follow the cancellation policy stated on the listing you booked.
If a host needs to cancel
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, you'll be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund of what you paid for that booking.
Weather and conditions
Some outdoor experiences — treks, expeditions, skills courses — may be affected by weather or conditions outside the host's control.

A note on this page
WildRoots is pre-launch and hasn't defined specific refund percentages or notice-period deadlines yet — we'd rather leave this framework open than invent numbers. Sections marked “To be confirmed” need a real business decision before WildRoots takes live bookings.
